 Where can I find information on how to get to the hotel? 
At the top of our website, there is a section called "Location and Contact" that will provide you all the information regarding our location.
 I have requested for a double room, what should I expect? 
If you request for a double room, we understand that it is for 2 people. If you do not specify a double bed or separate beds, the hotel will indistinctly assign either of the two.
 What is the difference between a "double-bed room" and a "twin room"? 
“Double-bed” refers to a double bed and “twin” means two single beds.
 Can I request for an extra bed for a double room? How much is it? 
The hotel provides an extra bed only if you wish to book a room for 3 people, and depending on availability. We will apply a supplement according to the rate.
 Can I request for an extra bed in a single room? 
No.
  Are there quadruple rooms?  
No.
  Are there rooms specially adapted for people with disabilities?  
Yes. There is an adapted room for them.
  What services will I find in the rooms?  
All rooms have air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, direct telephone, safe, ironing board.
  Are the rooms soundproofed?  
Yes, all of them. However, we inform you that it is absolutely impossible to eliminate 100% of the street noise. But by keeping the balcony closed, these possible noises (if any) will be barely noticed.
  Are the prices per person or per room?  
All prices are per room and day.
  In Rates I can see: “From" and “To", where are the prices of the rooms?  
Prices range "From" a minimum "To" a maximum, depending on season and occupancy.
  Does the price include taxes?  
Yes, always.
  Are there special discounts? (for civil servants, retirees, airline employees, etc.)  
No. If there is some type of offer, this would be indicated in the section: “Promotions".
  Can I use some kind of discount vouchers or passes?  
No.
  Why do you need my credit card information?  
The hotel will charge the first night in advance on your credit card as a booking guarantee. The rest of the amount of the stay can be payed directly at the hotel. In "Semana Santa" and "Feria de Abril" the entire stay will be charged in advance.
  Which credit cards can I use to guarantee the booking?  
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We do not accept bank cheques or other payment methods.
  Can I pay for the stay in advance?  
Yes.
  Can I pay the amount of the stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one I used to guarantee the booking?  
Yes, as long as you are the owner of the card.
  An amount has been charged to my credit card, how can I get it refunded?  
By cancelling your reservation at least 72 hours before check-in. In "Semana Santa" and "Feria de Abril" you must cancel your reservation 21 days before check-in.
  I do not have a credit card. Can I make a reservation?  
No.
  Is it safe to provide my credit card information? Is the "Booking" page of Hotel Puerta de Sevilla secure?  
Yes. We receive your credit card information through a secure server SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the same technology used in Internet banking.
  How can I book at your hotel?  
You must complete all the sections requested in the “Booking" section.
  How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?  
Once we have received your booking request, we will proceed to send you the confirmation of your reservation, only if possible. If the reservation is not possible, we will send you an email informing you that the reservation is not possible. Please, once you receive confirmation of your reservation, we advise you to print the document and bring it with you, as this is the guarantee of your reservation.
  Can I book by phone, fax or email?  
Yes. The information we request the same information found in the "Booking" section.
  I have sent all the information requested in the "Booking" section but I have not received the confirmation by email, what should I do?  
Sometimes emails may get lost due to a problem in the servers or simply because the address has been written incorrectly. Sometimes your mail may go to the spam folder. We recommend checking the "Booking" form before completing the process. You can also send us the information requested in the "Booking" section directly to info@hotelpuertadesevilla.com
  I have also sent all the information requested in the "Booking" section to info@hotelpuertadesevilla.com but I haven’t received the confirmation. Is my reservation confirmed?  
No. Your reservation will only be understood as confirmed when you receive an email or fax of "Booking Confirmation” containing the booking reference number.
  Can I reserve a parking space for my car?  
No. The parking will only be offered to you once you check-in. It is always subject to the availability upon arrival at the hotel.
  At what time can I check-in?  
You can check-in from 2:00 p.m.
  What time is the check-out?  
12 noon.
  Can I request for early check-in or late check-out?  
No.
  I will arrive late at the hotel. Is it possible?  
Yes. The night receptionist will ask for your name and booking reference number.
  Does the hotel offer a transfer service?  
No.
  Does the hotel allow pets?  
No. Only guide dogs for the visually impaired.
  What should I do if I have any questions about the room or hotel, etc?

  Can I cancel or modify my booking?  
Yes, taking the booking cancellation policy into account.
  Do I pay any cancellation fees?  
No, as long as it has been cancelled 72 hours before check-in or 21 days for bookings during the "Semana Santa" or "Feria de Abril". Cancellations made with American Express will retain 10% of the deposit made.
  How do I know if my booking has been cancelled?  
Once the booking is cancelled you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
