Where can I find information about how to arrive to the Hotel?
In the main menu you will find a botton that says “Location”, if you click here you can see a map where to find the right location of the Hotel.
You can also find directions about how to arrive from different places, “San Pablo“ airport, “Santa Justa”train station. As you can see the only parking in “Santa Cruz Quarter” is just behind our Hotel.
Although it is possible to arrive to the main door of the Hotel, we advise you to go directly to the parking and then walk to the Hotel, it’s only 50 metres.
Type of rooms
I requested a double room, What should I expect?
If you request a double room, we understand that you want a room for two people. If you don’t specify between a room with double-bed or room
What’s the difference between a “double room”, “double bedroom” and a “twin room”?
“Double room is a room for 2 people”. “Double bedroom is double bed” and “twin room means two single beds.”
What’s the difference between single and DUI room?
A single room consists in a room with only a bed for one person. The size of the room is reduced.
A DUI room (double for single use) consists in a room with two beds or one double bed but used only for one person.
Can I request an extra bed for a double room? What it’s the price?
The Hotel provides for extra beds only if you want to book a room for three people, we will add a supplement according the rate.
Could I request an extra bed for a single room?
No.
Is there any room for four people?
No.
Is there any room adapted for handicap people?
Yes. There is an adapted room for handicap people.
Are there “non-smoking” rooms?
Yes. It’s forbidden to smoke in the public areas of the Hotel, and the 80% of the rooms in our Hotel are non –smoking rooms.
What are the services I can found in the rooms?
All the rooms have air conditioning, heating, Tv TFT satellite (Spanish, English, German, French), direct telephone, safe, internet wi-fi.
Prices
Are the prices per person or per room?
All the prices are per room and day.
Is breakfast included on the price?
No, the price is only for accommodation. Please, let us know at your arrival if you want to have breakfast.
Which is the price of the breakfast?
Breafast is 5 € per person,per day. Continental breakfast and consists in a glass of natural orange juice, 1 coffee or tea, 1 bottle of mineral water and toast of iberiam ham.
Does the price incluye tax?
Yes, always
Are there any any special discounts ( for plublic servants, senior, airline companies, …)?
No, if there is any special offer will be in “Offers”
Can I use any kind of reduction coupons or vouchers?
No
Credit cards and payments
Why do you need my credit card details?
The hotel will charge in advanced the 1st night in your credit card as booking guarantee. The rest of your stay will be paid in the hotel. During Holly Week (Easter) and Feria de April it will be charged the total of your stay in advanced.
What credit cards can I use to guarantee my reservation?
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro y American Express.
We do not accept checks or othre types of payment.
Can I pay my stay in advanced?
Yes.
Can I pay the amount of the stay in the hotel with a different credit card to the one I have used to guarantee the reservation?
Yes. You must be the owner of this card.
It has been charged an amount on my credit card. How can be refund it to me?
If you cancel your reservation 72 hours before the arrival date. During Holly Week and April Fair you must cancel your reservation 21 days before your arrival date.
I have no credit card. Can I make a reservation?
No.
Is it safe to give the details of my credit card? Is it safe the page “Reservations” of the hotel?
Yes, we receive your credit card details from a secure server SSL. The same technologie use by banks.
Making my reservation
How can I make a reservation in your hotel?
You must fill in all the fields required in “Reservation”.
How do I know if my reservations has been confirmed?
Once we receive your reservation request we will proceed sending you a booking confirmation only if the reservation is possible.
If the reservation was not possible, we let you know via e-mail.
Once you receive your booking confirmation, print the document and bring it with you, because this one is your reservation guarantee.
Can I book by telephone, fax o e-mail?
Yes, the information required is the same that you can find in “Reservations”.
I have sent all the details required in “Reservations” but I didn´t receive the confirmation via e-mail. What can I do?
Sometimes e-mails can get lost due a problem with servers. Or simple due a wrong e-mail address, sometimes emails go straigth to the bin. We recomend to read carefully the formulary “Reservation”, before you finish the process. You can also send us the information required in “Reservation” to info@hotelpuertadesevilla.com
I have sent all the details required in “Reservations” to info@hotelpuertadesevilla.com but I can’t get a confirmation. Is my reservation confirmed?
No, your reservation will be confirmed when you receive a “booking confirmation” with a booking number.
Can I book a parking space for my car?
No, parking will be offered to you once you do the check-in. Depending on availability at your arrival.

Check-in can be done from 14 h.
What time is the check-out of the room?
12:00 h (12 PM)
Can I request an earlier “check-in” time or a later “check-out” time different from the hotel hours?
No.
I will arrive quite late. Can I get into the hotel?
Yes, the Receptionist will ask for your name and your booking number.
Does the hotel offer a transfer service?
No.
Are animals allowed?
No, only dogs for blind people.
What can I do if I have any doubt about the rooms, the hotel, etc?

Cancellation
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, remembering the cancelation policy of the reservation.
Do I need to pay any cost in case of cancellation?
No, if the reservaron has been cancelled 72 hours before the arrival time or 21 days before if the reservation is for the Holly week o Feria de Abril.
How do I know if my reservation has been cancelled?
Once cancelled you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.
